રીખ 28 અને 29 મેના રોજ ગુજરાતમાં કમોસમી વરસાદની આગાહી વ્યકત કરવામા આવી છે. તો હવામાન નિષ્ણાંત અંબાલાલ પટેલ દ્વારા પણ ગાજવીજ સાથે વરસાદની આગાહી વ્યકત કરાઈ છે. રાહતની વાત એ છે કે, આ કમોસમી વરસાદ રાજયના વાતાવરણમા પલટો લાવશે. સાથે જ ગરમીમાંથી પણ મુક્તિ અપાશે.
હવામાન વિભાગના અપડેટ મુજબ, સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ઉત્તર ગુજરાત અને મધ્ય ગુજરાતમાં માવઠાની આગાહી કરવામાં આવી છે. વેસ્ટર્ન ડિસ્ટર્બન્સ અને સાયક્લોનિકના કારણે ગુજરાતમાં વરસાદ પડી શકયતા રહેલી છે. તો સાથે જ દરિયાકાંઠાના વિસ્તારોમાં ભારે પવન ફૂંકાવવાની સંભાવના છે. આ માટે માછીમારોને 3 દિવસ દરિયો ન ખેડવાની હવામાન વિભાગ દ્વારા સૂચના પણ આપવામાં આવી છે.

ક્યાં ક્યાં વરસાદની શકયતા
સૌરાષ્ટ્ર-કચ્છ અને ઉત્તર ગુજરાત સહિતના ગુજરાતના અન્ય વિસ્તારોમાં વરસાદની શકયતા રહેલી છે. જેમાં રાજકોટ, બનાસકાંઠા, પાટણ, સાબરકાંઠા, ભાવનગર, મહેસાણા, અમરેલી, બોટાદ, આણંદ, વડોદરા અને ભરૂચના કેટલાક ભાગોમાં ગાજવીજ સાથે તારીખ 28 અને 29 મેમાં વરસાદ થવાની શક્યતાઓ રહેલી છે.
30 થી 40 કિમી ઝડપે પવન ફૂંકાવાની શકયતા
હવામાન વિભાગે જણાવ્યું કે, કમોસમી વરસાદથી ગુજરાતમાં ગરમીથી રાહત મળશે. વેસ્ટર્ન ડિસ્ટર્બન્સ સર્જાતા ગરમીથી મુક્તિ મળશે. 24 કલાક બાદ તાપમાનમાં ઘટાડો થવાની શકયતા છે. વાતાવરણમાં સીધો 3 થી 4 ડિગ્રીની ઘટાડો નોંધાવાની શકયતા છે. આજથી ગુજરાતભમાં ભારે પવનો ફૂંકાશે. 30 થી 40 કિલોમીટર પ્રતિ કલાકની ઝડપે પવન ફૂંકાવાની શકયતા. રાજ્યમાં હાલ પશ્ચિમી પવનો ફૂંકાતા ગરમીથી રાહત મળશે.

અંબાલાલ પટેલે જણાવ્યું કે, મે મહિનાના છેલ્લા સપ્તાહમાાં ગુજરાત તથા દેશભરમાં કમોસમી વરસાદ થવાની શકયતા છે. વેસ્ટર્ન ડિસ્ટર્બન્સ શિયાળામાં આવે તે સ્વાભાવિક છે, પરંતુ ઉનાળામાં આ સ્થિતિ અલગ પ્રકારની બની રહી છે. જે ઋતુ પરિવર્તનની નિશાની રૂપ ગણાય છે.

There is a possibility of rain in other parts of Gujarat including Saurashtra-Kutch and North Gujarat. In which there are chances of rain in some parts of Rajkot, Banaskantha, Patan, Sabarkantha, Bhavnagar, Mehsana, Amreli, Botad, Anand, Vadodara and Bharuch on May 28 and 29.
Wind gusting to 30 to 40 kmph possible
The Meteorological Department said that unseasonal rain will provide relief from the heat in Gujarat. There will be relief from heat generated by Western Disturbance. After 24 hours the temperature is likely to drop. A direct drop of 3 to 4 degrees is likely to be recorded in the atmosphere. Heavy winds will blow in Gujarat from today. Wind gusts of 30 to 40 kmph are likely. At present, westerly winds blowing in the state will provide relief from the heat.

Ambalal Patel said that unseasonal rain is likely to occur in Gujarat and the country in the last week of May. It is natural for Western Disturbance to occur in winter, but the situation is different in summer. Which is a sign of change of season.
