વાવાઝોડા દરમિયાનની અપડેટ
પાકિસ્તાનના કરાચી અને માંડવી વચ્ચે જખૌ બંદર પાસે વાવાઝોડું ટકરાયું છે. ગુરુવારની મધ્યરાત્રે વાવાઝોડું ગુજરાતના દરિયાકાંઠે ટકરાયા બાદ ઉત્તરપૂર્વ તરફ ગતિ કરી છે. વાવાઝોડાની આંખની ગુજરાતના દરિયાકાંઠે 10.30થી 11.30 વચ્ચે ટક્કર થઈ હતી.
વાવાઝોડું લેન્ડફોલ થયા બાદ તેની તિવ્રતામાં ઘટાડો થયો હતો. જે વાવાઝોડું દરિયામાં અતિ ભયાનક સ્થિતિમાં હતું તે લેન્ડફોલ થયા બાદ સિવિયર સાઈક્લોનિક સ્ટોર્મ બનીને આગળ વધ્યું હતું. આ દરમિયાન પવનની ગતિ 105 થી 115 કિલોમીટરની થઈ ગઈ હતી.
વાવાઝોડાની અસર હવે ક્યાં થશે?
વાવઝોડાની અસર આજે પણ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર-કચ્છ પર થવાની સંભાવનાઓ છે, આજના દિવસે વાવાઝોડું ઉત્તરપૂર્વ તરફ ગતિ કરીને સાંજ સુધીમાં દક્ષિણ રાજસ્થાન અને ઉત્તર ગુજરાતના ભાગોમાં કેન્દ્રિભૂત થશે અને નબળું પડીને ડિપ્રેશનમાં પરિવર્તિત થશે. આ દરમિયાન પવનની ગતિ 40-50 કિલોમીટર પ્રતિ કલાકની રહેવાની સંભાવના છે. વાવાઝોડાની અસર ગુજરાત પર 16 અને 17 તારીખ દરમિયાન રહેશે.
આજે ક્યાં કયા વરસાદની આગાહી
વરસાદની વાત કરીએ તો કચ્છ તેને લાગુ પશ્ચિમ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ના ભાગોમાં ભારે થી અતિભારે ચાલુ છે જ્યારે તેની નજીકના બીજા વિસ્તારમાં પણ મધ્યમ થી ભારે ચાલુ છે. હજુ હજુ આજે કચ્છ અને લાગુ પશ્ચિમ સૌરાષ્ટ્રમાં ભારે થી અતિભારે વરસાદ ચાલુ રહેશે અને જેમ જેમ સિસ્ટમ આગળ વધશે તેમ તેમ ઉત્તર સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને ઉત્તર ગુજરાત બાજુ વરસાદ આગળ વધતો જશે અને ત્યાં પણ ભારે થી અતિભારે વરસાદ ની શકયતા રહીશે. ખાસ કરીને કચ્છ અને તેને લાગુ ઉત્તર ગુજરાત લાગુ ઉત્તર સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, લાગુ પશ્ચિમ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ના ભાગોમાં ક્યાંક #ભુક્કા પણ કાઢશે. અન્ય વિસ્તારમાં પણ છુટા છવાયા સારામાં સારા રેડા ઝાપટા ચાલુ રહેશે.
હવામાન વિભાગની આગાહી
વાવાઝોડું આગામી સમયમાં ઉત્તરપૂર્વ દિશા તરફ આગળ વધવાની સંભાવનાઓ પણ ગુરુવારે રાત્રે હવામાન વિભાગના ડીજીએ વ્યક્ત કરી હતી. આ સાથે તેમણે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, 16મીની સવારે વાવાઝડું નબળું પડીને સાઈક્લોનિક સ્ટોર્મ બનશે આ દરમિયાન તેની 75-85 માઈલ પ્રતિ કલાકની રહેવાની સંભવાના વ્યક્ત કરાઈ હતી.

Heavy to very heavy rains will continue in Kutch and adjoining West Saurashtra today and as the system advances, rains will increase over North Saurashtra and North Gujarat side and there will also be a possibility of heavy to very heavy rains. Especially in parts of Kutch and applicable North Gujarat, applicable North Saurashtra, applicable West Saurashtra, #Bhukka will also be extracted somewhere. Scattered showers will continue in other areas as well.
Meteorological department forecast
